Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
